August 2023

#AroundTheTriangle

Greetings to all,

As July comes to a close and we are mid stride in summer golf weather, I would like to express my appreciation to our members, guests and staff. As I write this update after my accident, I’m feeling very blessed to have so many of you who have reached out with phone calls, text, meals, prayers, and helping my family with so much more! We can’t thank you enough for all your support during this challenging time!

I trust you will find the course to be in great condition and will take an opportunity to thank our staff. Each and every one of them have stepped up and went the extra mile to ensure the continuation of a smooth operation. I’m healing extremely well with very little discomfort and hope to start rehab in late August. The doctors are optimistic of a 100% recovery as well as am I. I would also like to thank you, our members and our guests for your continued support. Prayers have definitely been answered and are greatly appreciated. I know it was a miracle to escape this accident with a bright future! God is so good!

Onward and Upwards

A Note From The Pro Shop

Hopefully your scores are going down as the temps are going up!! Reminder that we have all your golfing needs in our shop: range finders, personal speakers, extra gloves, grips of all sizes and compositions, headwear, and moisture-wicking shirts. Interesting fact: temperature in the shade is not different than the temperature in the sun, only the feels-like is different because of the sun burning your skin, resulting in approximately 10 deg heat index less in shade than sun.

Shop Special: Our late season

FJ shoes and shirts are in transit, with a 10% discount for our members when they arrive!!

Save the Date!

Book a Tee Time

Schedule a Tee Time.  We are getting more golfers because other courses are making changes.  Please reserve your Tee Time and honor the scheduled time.  If, for any reason, you are unable to be on time, please call us, and please call and cancel if you can’t make it.

* Please repair ball marks to maintain the greens.  I know this sounds like a ridiculous statement, but we have some people that either do not know how to repair the ball marks or just refuse to take the time to repair them.  We are putting a lot of effort and money in getting the course in top notch condition and need your help to keep it that way.
